Blaaaargh!!!!

Please explain why I need meta tags in html 4?! I mean when I try to validate my developmental page..just because I don't use a meta tag to describe what character set I'm using it won't validate the page.

Another quick update..while I'm in "active mode"...I've fixed the style sheet for the comments...or rather I finally got off my lazy butt and uploaded and linked to the style sheet that I created for them instead of just piggy-backing off of the one I was using for the blog. Yes I'm that lazy.. ;P

If I didn't mention it before... I'm currently work on my domain..yes I'm planning to take over the world..but we can save that discussion for another day...*hopes raven doesn't hear of his plans*

So yeah...Everything with work went fine so I will be attending the party...unless I go into slacker mode that day...I mean if it's cold like it's been these past couple of days, I'll be damned if I'm getting my ass out of bed. Sure it's a train ride..but the stations are freaking drafty.

Tis part reminds me of one of raven's posts. To address the recent stream of emails I've been getting...No I don't need valium, xanax or any of your bloody prescription drugs! I don't know which of my friends you've been talking to recently, but despite popular belief I can function quite well in society...Just not all the time. No I don't need any increases in the length of my penis..and if I did I wouldn't know, no complaints or appraisals for a virgin! No I don't feel like starting a small business anytime soon, the last time I really had any inclination for it was in high school prior to receiving the scar that I now have on my left shoulder from my would-be business partner. Ummm....No I don't need to increase my bust size a cup...Heres a little pseudo-code to explain if (reader = Guy) if(straight = yes) then no need to reply; else don't trust stuff you get in the mail.;. If I was female I wouldn't be needing it anyway, comparing close relatives(cousins and aunts) there's more than enough in the gene pool to spare, I read it somewhere that's how you'd figure out your cup size >_>. heh heh ^_^;

Been meaning to post since Sunday, but y'know stuff happens. Anyway, things seem to be going well with the person I replied to on the personal's site. She's kooky, but thats a good thing. She too is human, holy freakyness batman she lives in New York too. *inhuman cries in the background are uttered*

oh yeah......MY BLOODY KARMA IS HERE!!!! I'm talking about my new (and very first) mp3 player, it came a day earlier than expected....actually I expected it like on the 9 or 10th, but you know waiting for checks to clear can be a real bitch, especially when you're using a checking card that's supposed to work like a credit card. meh. Anyway...first complaint...no likey earphones, the little things keep falling out of my ear when I'm in slacker mode. So far I have Linkin Park and Evanescence...great use of the 20gb(18.5gb) Oh yeah It came pre-loaded with some interesting music.

So...my heart seems to be thawing and I'm starting to feel again...I have a poem that I created for my new friend and I'll post it here if she approves.

My next post is going to be a rant....like rest I've been doing haven't. heh.

I'm doing the unthinkable...I'm cleaning my room...

Anyway...little stuff to add..I want a Rio Karma...soon as my check has finished clearing..maybe I'll splurge.

I'm the one going by the nick of Brokenseals. Currently employed in retail....MEH. I'm a programmer by study and a gamer/natural goof by nature. I'm a Virgo...one comment about what the symbol is and someone is toast. lol. New Yorker born and raised(I do visit the south every now and then)...ever try explaining to someone that your from New York/United States and they keep asking "Ok....so where are your parents, grandparents, etc... from.." Dude..if I knew I'd tell you but as far back as I can tell we're Yankees. heh. I'm a novice in common sense and a fool in street sense. Anime fan to the important, yes all my friends are important. I speak english. I can recognize when you're cursing/making fun of me in Spanish/Spanglish somewhat. I'm trying to learn Japanese.
Ever had that friend that seemed to be in their own world, good hearted but couldn't up from down? Cool then you know me. ^_^;

Back to rant mode. heh.

So....Yeah...I was supposed to make changes. You see this thing came up and....yeah you guessed it, I didn't feel like it. I like having the music in the background, but I guess most people don't, atleast not w/o the ability to cut it off. So I work on that. The comments are working again...I think. I still have to change the style sheet. I've been reading up on PHP recently bought my second PHP book, because for me the first one was crap. Beginning PHP 4, it's ok til you realize that the code that your being shown can't be used on current platforms because of security related changes. I mean if you have the time to use their forums and search the 'net a while for the answer to your question on how to get the old code to work within the new standard. Three weeks of doing that is all I can take before I start throwing things. :)

Being bored and just surfing around techtv's site I stumbled upon their new personals section, so I decided to join. That was sometime last month.

Work related, what a new year. While going to my little banged in/scratched locker I overhear a conversation. My job is in jeopardy...no not the show! XD. Apparently, I'll find out if I along with other people in my department are going to be fired in the coming weeks. I guess I have to put my degree *scoffs* to some use and start looking for something in my field.
